Length
Place the tip of the measuring tape on the collar at the top of the shirt (the highest point on the shoulder). Drag the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.
Width B
Place the tip of the measuring tape at the seam under the sleeve and draw the tape measure across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve.
Sleeve length C
Place one end of the tape at the top of the sleeve, then pull the tape down until you reach the edge of the sleeve.
