Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Shipments are made within the European Union and the United States.
Delivery costs are always visible during checkout.

Processing
Orders are shipped from warehouses located in the EU and the USA.
We do not charge additional customs fees or taxes.

Delivery time

  • European Union: 3–6 business days

  • United States: 2–4 business days

During periods of increased traffic, delivery times may be extended.

Tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Important information
In case of non-delivery or incorrect address provided, re-shipment is possible after covering the delivery costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

If the shipment is damaged, please contact us – we will handle the issue.

Right of withdrawal
According to European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The period is calculated from the moment of receiving the order.

To make a return:

  • inform us of your decision (e.g., by email),

  • return the product within 14 days of notification.

The returned product should be:

  • unused,

  • complete,

  • in its original packaging (if applicable).

Cost of return
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

Returns
Products are made in small batches, so returns due to an incorrectly chosen size or cancellation are subject to a fee of 30 PLN.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the product.
Funds are returned using the same payment method.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the product is received or proof of its return is provided.

Exclusions
Returns are not applicable for:

  • products made to individual order,

  • hygiene products after opening,

  • products that, due to their nature, are not eligible for return.

Complaints
If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered – please contact us.
We will provide a solution: exchange, repair, or refund.
