Prawo odstąpienia od umowy
Zgodnie z prawem Unii Europejskiej masz prawo odstąpić od umowy w ciągu 14 dni bez podania przyczyny.
Termin liczony jest od momentu otrzymania zamówienia.

Aby dokonać zwrotu:

  • poinformuj nas o decyzji (np. e-mailem),

  • odeślij produkt w ciągu 14 dni od zgłoszenia.

Zwracany produkt powinien być:

  • nieużywany,

  • kompletny,

  • w oryginalnym opakowaniu (jeśli dotyczy).

Koszt zwrotu
Koszt odesłania produktu ponosi klient.
Nie przyjmujemy przesyłek za pobraniem.

Zwroty
Produkty wykonywane są w małych nakładach, dlatego zwrot z powodu źle wybranego rozmiaru lub rezygnacji podlega opłacie w wysokości 30 PLN.

Zwrot środków
Zwrot płatności realizowany jest w ciągu 14 dni od otrzymania i weryfikacji produktu.
Środki zwracane są tą samą metodą płatności.

Zastrzegamy możliwość wstrzymania zwrotu do momentu otrzymania produktu lub potwierdzenia jego odesłania.

Wyłączenia
Zwrot nie przysługuje w przypadku:

  • produktów wykonywanych na indywidualne zamówienie,

  • produktów higienicznych po otwarciu,

  • produktów, które ze względu na swój charakter nie podlegają zwrotowi.

Reklamacje
Jeśli produkt jest wadliwy, uszkodzony lub niezgodny z zamówieniem — skontaktuj się z nami.
Zapewniamy rozwiązanie: wymianę, naprawę lub zwrot środków.

Szczegóły dotyczące adresu zwrotu przekazywane są po zgłoszeniu.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
The 14-day period begins from the day you receive your order.

Returns
Products are produced in limited quantities, therefore returns due to incorrect size or order cancellation are subject to a 30 PLN fee.

To return an item:

  • inform us of your decision (e.g. via email),

  • send the product back within 14 days of notifying us.

Returned items must be:

  • unused,

  • complete,

  • in original packaging (if applicable).

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
The refund will be made using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of return shipment.

Exclusions
The right of return does not apply to:

  • custom-made or personalized products,

  • unsealed hygiene products,

  • items that cannot be returned due to their nature.

Complaints
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect — please contact us.
We will provide a solution: replacement, repair, or refund.
